Hi! I'm Elham ✨

BRIDGEGOOD, a 501(c)(3) community design studio and tech-for-good platform, is happy to have had Elham as a UX Design Apprentice in summer 2020 and active BRIDGEGOOD Creative. Elham first learned about BRIDGEGOOD through San Jose City College and the Bay Area design ecosystem. She was eager to learn more about our organization and product and applied for our Apprenticeship. Team BRIDGEGOOD was impressed with her eagerness to learn User Experience and the Bay Area Tech Sector.

Elham is a natural born designer. I've had the pleasure of knowing Elham for several months, during which I experienced her stellar critical thinking skills. Above all, I was impressed with Elham's ability to give thoughtful and constructive feedback, and, of course, her curiosity. Elham would be a true asset for any innovative design team.

Elham redesigned our new website in a beautiful manner. She has a great eye for design, and produced a professional website that conveyed the quality of our brand. Her hands on predesign process allowed us to convey our wishes and work together to create a template for a final product that shows a clear and easy presentation of our complex products. Elham's flexibility allowed for a collaborative experience which provided us with so much confidence as we moved through the process. We are very happy with the design she created and believe it will withstand time as we continue to grow.

Elham is such a great teammate. As a UX Design Apprentice with BRIDGEGOOD, we collaborated on multiple projects. Her strong work ethic, passion for design, and enthusiasm to learn had motivated me to engage and expand my knowledge. Elham always had brilliant ideas up her sleeve and would ask all the critical questions. I appreciate how she wasn't ever afraid to speak up and share her ideas and opinions. I would be happy to work with her again in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a designer that isn't afraid of hard work.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Elham. She was an asset to the Web Development team, as she was accountable, reliable, organized, responsible, motivated, and a team player. Elham also displayed a superior work ethic and a high degree of integrity during her time with the Company. She tackled every project assigned to her with enthusiasm and competence. Elham consistently produced superior quality work in a timely fashion.

While working with the Company, Elham updated and maintained our website presence and increased national awareness of our brand through quality analysis and usability testing. Elham knows how to work in a cross-functional environment. Elham is a people person, which is one reason she works well with others. She provided constructive feedback to Teammates and welcomed input from others.
